Sensory Integration
Sensory Integration therapy helps people who feel overwhelmed, under-responsive, or uncomfortable with everyday sensory experiences like sounds, movement, touch, or busy environments. Using fun, engaging activities and sensory-based tools, our occupational therapists help the brain learn to better process and respond to sensory information. Every therapy plan is personalized to your unique needs and goals. In a safe, supportive, and calming environment, we work together to build confidence, improve self-regulation, strengthen daily living skills, and make everyday activities feel more manageable and enjoyable. Our goal is to help you or your loved one feel more comfortable, independent, and successful at home, school, work, and in the community.
Hippotherapy
Hippotherapy uses the movement of a horse as a treatment tool within an occupational therapy plan of care. The horse’s rhythmic, three-dimensional motion mirrors human walking, supporting balance, posture, coordination, and core strength. Each session provides thousands of movement repetitions along with rich sensory input, helping improve body awareness, attention, and regulation. This dynamic environment supports meaningful progress that carries over into daily life.
